Applies to seasoned or unseasoned, sawn, dressed or sized timber intended for structural purposes, which has its stiffness measured and its strength assessed by mechanical means. Definitions, branding, colour coding, visual inspection requirements, and the dimensional tolerances for material to be stress graded are included.
