Sets out specifications and characteristics for water-emulsifiable plant spraying oils for use in controlling plant pests and diseases. Oils of both miscible and polyphase types are included, covering the sprays applied during summer and winter. Oil-pesticide mixtures are excluded. Appendices provide directions for expressing test results and methods for determining oil content and stability of the undiluted sprays.
