AS 3512-1987

Provides the ISO description of the CCITT Recommendation X.25 Level 2 LAPB interface operation as viewed by the DTE. It is the DTE counterpart of the X.25 LAPB DCE description. This document also provides the ISO description of how two DTEs are capable of communicating directly with each other at the Data Link Level using the X.25 LAPB procedures without an intervening public data network. Technically identical with ISO 7776:1986.
