This supplement to AS CA38 is applicable only to : (a) Single-storey construction, for which floor loading of 1.5 kPa is specified in AS 1170; and (b) Structures erected in areas not subjected to cyclones. The provisions of AS CA38 regarding the methods of construction, precautions and all other matters relating to construction shall apply.
