This specification applies to flexivle unsupported calendered PVC film in the nominal thickness range 0.004 to 0.0095 inch inclusive. Provision is made for four standard types as follows: - Type 1 - general purpose unprinted single or laminated PVC film with plain or embossed surface; type 2 - PVC film of Type 1, printed; type 1F - flame-retardant unprinted single or laminated PVC film with plain or embossed surface; and Type 2F - PVC film of Type 1F, printed.
