The purpose of this specification is to define a subset of the Electronic Program Guide (EPG) metadata model in ATIS-0800020, IPTV EPG Metadata Specification, that includes the most important elements and attributes of the full EPG metadata model, but is small enough to be suitable for light-weight devices. NOTE - Annex B, ATIS IIF EPG Metadata for Light-Weight Devices Schema, of this Standard has also been formatted as a separate file and electronically packaged with this standard.
