BS 2782-1:METHODS 143A+AND 143B:1989

A laboratory test for determining the temperature at which a small vertical specimen of material will just sustain burning in air when ignited by a small flame. May be used for developing or maintaining the ignitability characteristics of material for use exposed to elevated temperatures, e.g. electrical insulation materials.
