Requirements and dimensions for cable having a central (phase) conductor insulated with red PVC and a concentric layer comprising bare copper wire (earth continuity conductor) and copper wires covered with black PVC (neutral conductor). For operation on earthed neutral systems at voltages up to and including 600 V to earth.
