This standard also describes the exchangesa?? business logic, operational procedures, and user authentication programs. In addition, this standard provides a small but necessary number of technical requirements, including terminologies, basic architectural framework, key indicators, end-user interface specifications, in order to achieve the previously mentioned goals.
