This test method provides guidelines and procedures for determining the general condition of a pipeline coating. These techniques are used to measure the coating conductance on sections of underground pipleines and applies only to coated pipe with dielectric coatings. Contains a figure of a test schematic, and appendixes with calibrating procedures for four wire test stations, standard pipe data tables, and examples of coating conductance test procedures. This standard is maintained by Task Group (TG) 030.
