This standard details a test method developed to evaluate a catalyzed titanium anode's ability to achieve an expected lifetime. It is intended to evaluate whether an anode complies with required specifications of deisgn life expectancy at rated current output. This test method includes detilas of the test apparatus, test procedure, and reporting the results of the test. It contains appendices with guidance on how to develop correlation curves and acceptance criteria based on the test method. It also includes figures that depict the test cell and set up and charts with test data and design requirements. This standard test method is maintained by Task Group 017.
