This CD-ROM contains six papers that were presented at the technical session on Performance-Based Design for Wind Loads, held San Francisco, CA, in Fall 2004. Topics include an overview of performance-based design, the nature of wind loading and wind tunnel testing, structural modeling assumptions, components of lateral deformations in buildings, and the types of concrete structural systems for wind loading.
