This National Standard of Canada is applicable to saddles and pole clamps (stick clamps) used for live working, and to their accessories.

This Standard specifies the dimensional and mechanical characteristics to be given by the manufacturer for each tool, the corresponding mechanical tests, and the other points to be checked (visual, functional, marking, etc.).
